The Memorial Art Gallery

The Memorial Art Gallery (also known as MAG) takes you down to more than 5,000 years of world art throughout their 14-acre campus. Since its founding in 1913 by Emily Sibley Watson, the collection of the museum has grown to over 12,000 works of art, exhibiting excellence and antiquity with every painting and sculpture.

MAG is one of the few university-affiliated museums in the country that also serves as a community museum. Today, the gallery is supported primarily by its membership.
