The Denver Art Museum, formerly coined ‘The Denver Artists' Club, was established in 1893. The museum's international art holdings depict civilizations worldwide, with about 70,000 pieces of art divided into 12 categories. Its worldwide collections include paintings by Denver and Rocky Mountain artists, including works of art by Thomas Hart Benton.
